Disclaimer
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God, pandemics, and natural disaster, the conference cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.
It may be necessary for the conference to alter the times, dates, itineraries or presenting speakers at any time. Every endeavour will be made to communicate all changes to delegates in a timely manner. The conference organisers reserve the right to change information as needed.
In the event of conference cancellation, the maximum liability of the conference is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee, less any costs already incurred, with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.
Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, tracy@on-cue.co.nz
Cancellation before 30 September 2025 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
Cancellation on or after 30 September 2025 will incur a cancellation fee and may not receive a refund. Refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee, and considered on a case by case basis. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise On-Cue of any name change, for administration purposes. There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled up to 14 days prior to the conference start date, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event will be postponed to another date and your registration will be transferred to the new conference dates.

In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled within 14 days of the conference start date or once the conference has started, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the conference organising committee. Cancellation fees may be retained to cover costs incurred.
Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
By registering and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to viruses exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the conference you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance of a public event and agree not to hold AMSN or conference organisers onCue; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
